I have two dogs. A 7 year old female labrador named Bonnie and a 3 year old male golden retriever x labrador/border collie named Argus. Subsequently, my place is very pet friendly. The location is proximate to all the shop and restaurants you could think of. There's lots of nearby parkland. It's very suburban. The house itself has three bedrooms - I occupy one of them. There is one bathroom with a sink and shower and another with a toilet. The house is fully furnished. There is a BBQ and a hills hoist. A spacious, contained, back yard and a front yard of similar size. There's plenty of parking. There's garage is a rather well equiped home gym on account of my hobby and profession. If you know what you're doing you can use this space. If you don't know what you're doing I can show you if you're interested. If you're not interested that is also fine. There's wifi and all the other stuff I can think that a human needs to survive these days. The house is clean to the extent you may expect from a single male. The dog hair is an ongoing battle and that is the major preoccupation when it comes to my cleaning efforts.
My home has a lovely, warm, feel that you notice when you walk in. I love that it's a double story townhouse that gets lots of natural light. The place is fully furnished and has all the kitchen appliances you'll need plus some more, including a dishwasher. The kitchen is modern with an open plan eating area and a combined living room. There is a separate lounge area as well. My home is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. There are also split systems in very room so you can control the temperature in your bedroom. That way you'll never be too cold or too warm again. The room I'm looking to fill is the main bedroom which is very big and has an en-suite. So you have your own bathroom that includes a large shower, toilet, basin and lots of cupboards. The bedroom also has a French balcony that overlooks trees which is very pretty and has double glazed windows so the room is very quite. Glen Huntly train station and the trams are about a 5-7 minute walk away. Caulfield train station is about a 20 minute walk from my home. There are also local cafes, a Safeway, an ATM and great restaurants all within walking distance. Parking is off street, is free and not timed. So, basically, its easy to park here.
