This is a beautiful light filled one bedroom, one bathroom ground floor apartment, that has been recently renovated. Its only a 3 minute walk to the train station that goes into the city every 10 minutes (7 days a week) which is terrific if you and the snooze button are friends. It has been recently renovated with new kitchen cupboards, carpet and freshly painted. Its a short 15 minute walk to Monash Caulfield and a 15 minute train ride into Flinders Street. The apartment is so wonderfully insulated, I stayed here over the winter and didn't use any heating, so the bills are really cheap average electricity is $35 a month and no water or gas bills. Secure car park behind a remote controlled gate keeps your nice and safe. My only reason for breaking my lease is that I need to move interstate. Please note this is a lease transfer.
