This funky older apartment that is situated in Ormond above and behind a shop on North Rd. It's 2 minutes’ walk from Ormond station on the Frankston so line so easy access to any Monash Caulfield Students as well as busses around the corner that go to Chadstone and Monash Clayton. Heaps of shops along North Rd and like any suburb in Melbourne most of them are cafes, hairdressers and florists but there’s also an IGA so anything you could want is just a short walk away. The bedrooms available are decent sized and can easily fit a Queen-sized bed and a desk. One has an older but functional built in robe and little desk/dressing table. if you don't have furniture I'm pretty sure I can organise a bed and a desk for you. The apartment is mostly furnished however but if your furniture is nicer I'm all about that ;P There is also a shed out the back so heaps of storage if you have excess furniture etc. The place Is a little aged and come with a few quirks but it just adds to the character. My boyfriend is moving in so we could have a spare room/study space or get another person in to make rent even cheaper, open to your thoughts on the matter.
