Hi my name is Yvonne and I am looking for someone to occupy the second bedroom of this two-bedroom apartment from the 5th Feb. (flexible with move in date).
The property is in Ormond and conveniently located to local amenities. It is only an 8 minute walk to Ormond Station, 20 minute train ride into the city, close to both Chadstone and Southland shopping centres, 10 minute drive to the beach and is a close walk to North Road that has all the shops you need – supermarket, fruit and veg shop, post office, pharmacy, gym, cafes and restaurants.
There is plenty on street parking with no time restrictions.
The room is furnished and includes:

During the week, I generally like to keep it low key as I work full-time and have early starts. After work I like to wind down by watching trashy reality shows or the occasional yoga class.
On the weekends I like to get out and about and explore new places. I'm an easygoing, friendly person who values a clean and tidy house and would expect my roommate to be the same.
