My luxury home has a lovely, warm, feel that you notice when you walk in. I love that it's a double story townhouse that gets lots of natural light. The place is fully furnished and has all the kitchen appliances you'll need plus some more, including a dishwasher. The kitchen is modern with an open plan eating area and a combined living room. There is a separate lounge area as well. My home is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. There are also split systems in very room so you can control the temperature in your bedroom. That way you'll never be too cold or too warm again. The room I'm looking to fill is the main bedroom which is very big and has an en-suite. So you have your own bathroom that includes a large shower, toilet, basin and lots of cupboards. The bedroom also has a French balcony that overlooks trees which is very pretty and has double glazed windows so the room is very quite. Glen Huntly train station and the trams are about a 5-7 minute walk away. Caulfield train station is about a 20 minute walk from my home. There are also local cafes, a Safeway, an ATM and great restaurants all within walking distance. One side of the Road is Caulfield and the other is Glen Huntly, so I'm on the border. Parking is on street, is free and not timed. So, basically, its easy to park here.
