We are looking for one housemate to share a 16 square meters bedroom ($256 per week).

You will share with two nice young professionals who are very easy to get on with.

It takes 3 minutes to walk to Ormond train station for travel to either: (i) train to the city/Frankston; (ii) bus to Monash Uni or Southland shopping center. Just a 3 minute walk away are shops including a supermarket and also two gyms. A short 5 minute drive takes you to the Brighton foreshore with its beaches and parks.

There is a security gate and lockable windows and doors. Both rooms are fully furnished with a queen size bed, a desk, reverse cycle heating/cooling air conditioner in each room, a shared fridge in the kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry area.

If you prefer to use your own furniture, we can store furniture in the basement. The bedroom is at the first level.

We all share costs of electricity, gas, internet and water bills. He paid $33 for a very fast internet (500Mbps), $40 for water, $50 for electricity and $21 for gas last month. Bond is $1109.

You can park your car on the street with a permit for $250 per year, or a car space for $15 per week in the garage in the basement.

We prefer a responsible person, especially when housemates are resting.

Available after February 18, 2026. A minimal stay is six months and long term stay is welcome. Have a nice day.
