We are looking for one housemate to share a 16 square meters bedroom ($256 per week).

Just a 3 minute walk away are shops including a supermarket and also two gyms. A short 5 minute drive takes you to the Brighton foreshore with its beaches and parks.
There is a security gate and lockable windows and doors. Both rooms are fully furnished with a queen size bed, a desk, reverse cycle heating/cooling air conditioner in each room, a shared fridge in the kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry area.
If you prefer to use your own furniture, we can store furniture in the basement. The bedroom is at the first level.
