The bus is approx 50 meter walk I do have a cat so an animal lover is appreciated. He is old and grumpy but has his charm and personality! ..... Off street parking is available however is not undercover. The electricity is included . I also have a reverse osmosis water system so you won't have to drink tap water! This is a chemical free home so strong perfumes/deodorants are not used, only natural products .. A water conscious person preferred. An outside smoker may be ok,??? but really prefer to have non smokers. Its not a party place.and no drugs ......just a peaceful , tranquil place and health conscious environment................ There is no TV connection, so if you love watching tv this will not suit you........... there is however a dvd player / tv to play movies ... I am looking to find someone who wants to join me in my big 4 bedroom home in Elanora. This place is amazing but too big for one person! I have a very fat beautiful cat...full house of furniture (other than the spare room..) and I love it here. The house has so much space and some areas are yet to be furnished so someone with a bit of furniture would be completely fine or without, also fine. In regards to the room and your living arrangements, the house is technically 3 stories..ground floor is a huge open plan living area, kitchen, balcony, lawn, view of Burleigh point and amazing sunsets. Level 2 is my room, ensuite, another balcony and the music room/chill reading lounge. 3rd floor is a main bathroom (yours), a spare room (we can share for guests) and your room. I really don't want to rent out the other two rooms as the guest room is super cute (more than happy to share this for our guests) and the music room is also like a second sitting room/cute place for sunsets! The lease has 10 months left so really do need a commitment for that long.

We consider our selves 2 pretty cool people, super laid back! We are hardly ever home so u would have the house to your self a lot, so looking for a semi-responsible person who we can trust :) it's fully furnished with everything u would ever need, kitchen wise, even towels and bed sheets, juicer machine DVD player ect.. basically a hotel! giant 3 level, very open wooden loft style house with plenty of room, we have a pool which will be perfect for the summer and a BBQ, huge pool deck and balcony area! We are neat and tidy! we aren't home much as we work days and some night shifts too, could be perfect for a student as we have an office with a printer ect.. it's very quiet and peaceful up here! This is not a party house, although we are social people sometimes, it's a sanctuary we have koalas and possums and all kinds of birds since we are up in the trees! The house is up on 10ft stilts so we have a beautiful view and pretty much not a single neighbour to annoy us! we live close to the main shopping mall 'the pines' which has every store/post office/cafes and banks you could possibly need!.. and bus stops just down the street if u don't have a car..! Feel more than welcome to BYO (just no TV in the living room, pls). Rules: * Clean after yourself. You have to be VERY CLEAN to live with us. * No shoes inside the house. * No drugs. * No alcohol (we don't mind an occasional beer/wine/sake in the end of the day). * No smoking. * Be respectful.
