I don't use perfumes, fragrance/chemical products.... I use essential oils.and chemical free products.....I am happy to advise on laundry and other products that are chemical free.that I use if you are not familiar with this. If you are a garden lover, there is a little greenhouse and areas of garden to grow things like herbs , veggies... ..... Off street parking is available however is not undercover. The electricity is included . I also have a reverse osmosis water system so you won't have to drink fluoridated tap water unless you want to! A water conscious person preferred. . There is no TV connection, so if you love watching tv this will not suit you..........you can watch movies/dvds on the tv it is just I have no digital connection for television ....... So have I lost 98% of the population ???? Its not going to suit a lot of people but I am pretty easy going and do have a good sense of humor.... I take the time to answer all messages. The bedrooms are separated, with the bedroom for rent being on the ground floor. It has 2 outdoor areas - a courtyard and a balcony. We don't have internet right now - but it's on order! Telstra are taking their time connecting it :)
This little unit isn’t anything fancy but I think it’s nice and has everything you need. I’m no interior designer, that’s for sure, but I’ve just done my best to make it feel like home. You’ll have a spacious room with a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan and your own bathroom. The complex has a pool but it’s also only a short 5-minute walk to the beach. There’s a little verandah off the living room and a big dining table if you wanna have friends over :)
I have a spare room available is my cosy Palm Beach apartment. The apartment is about a 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the shops. There is a pool in the complex, the apartment has air-con and 2 balconies. It is easy to get to the Gold Coast Highway and the M1. There is fair bit of on street parking but it can get crowded. I'm still moving my furniture up from interstate so it looks at bit bare atm but more is coming! Smokers are ok as long as it's outside. I haven't connected internet yet because I haven't needed more than my phone data but it can be connected and shared if needed.

I'm looking for someone that works full time or a uni student and Someone neat and tidy and like's dogs. I live on the water where there are buses close by and I am two minutes away from the beach so it's a really good location for someone that loves to surf and loves being on the water.
