I have a gorgeous two bedroom flat in Palm Beach, only 10 second walk to the beach. Light and airy, but small unit. One bathroom and separate toilet. It doesn't have aircon or built in fans, but I have a stand alone fan and thats plenty, it stays really cool even on super hot days! It is fully furnished, including the bedrooms - I simply cannot accept any furniture so best for people who come with a suitcase or minimal living. Communal laundry, but I do have a space for a washing machine should that be your preference. This is a meat/seafood free household. I live a plant based lifestyle, I don't mind if others eat meat but none in the house please. Dairy and all that is fine! There's also a garage which I'm converting into a lounge/art studio/music space separate to the unit and good for afternoon drinks/jams which keep noise levels down for the other units. No parties, it's a small space and there's plenty of places to drink in Palm Beach. The room is available for 2 months minimum. It is furnished with a double bed, side table and freestanding wardrobe. This furniture cannot be removed. I currently have a foster dog, she's a 10 year old border collie. She comes with me to work, or I take her to a dog daycare if I go away for a couple days of work. She's never left at home except if I quickly run to the shops and she has taken a liking to sleeping next to my bed, you won't have to care or clean for her and we're trying to rehome her so might not be for much longer. In saying that, no other pets.

Due to going overseas travelling for 5-6months, we have a neat room available in the beautiful hub of Burleigh Heads. Only a stones throw (literally) from the famous Burleigh hill and all the shops and cafes are a very short walk. Amazing views of the ocean from the balcony and room windows with an all round clean vibe within the apartment. Currently have a couple renting the room on offer ($172.50 x 2 = $345) which works really well! The other rooms are occupied by another couple (ensuite) who will be heading off to travel and another roomie in the third room! We love our spot and are sure you will too!!
