We live in a prime location, minutes walk to the beach & Talle creek.
It's a new home built last with 4 levels - laundry, common area, bedrooms & a studio like bedroom on the top level.
This room is the ensuite, located on the 3rd level with 2 other bedrooms. The room is super spacious! Comfortably fits a Queen bed & has plenty of space around it. Double wardrobe with ample space and a beautiful bathroom. You can really make the space yours!
Common area on level 2 has a large kitchen, dining area, lounge & balcony. Used by all and kept clean always.
We have a very chilled vibe and looking for people who are also chilled an considerate of the space.
Bond is 4 weeks & will need 2 weeks in advance for rent.

About the flatmates
Hi! We're a house of 4 looking for someone/a couple for our ensuite room.
A bit about us - we range from 24-35 & all work full time, 3 females & 1 male. 2 of us are split shift working & the other 2 have 9-5pms working both at home & out of the house.
We're an easy going home, super considerate, pretty quiet mostly but always down for a chat, we're all a bit active so out of the house a bit, we like to cook & like to keep a clean home.
We're looking for some like minded chilled people to join our home. Preference is non smokers, not big party people pls.
As we have a couple of shift workers so that's late starts and late nights so we keep the noise down during the mornings and you won't hear them at night.
