About the property
Three bedroom little house in Palm beach (one room is kept as a spare area sort of thing). There is one bathroom, however the toilet is seperate. The house is fully furnished, but the room looking to be filled will be unfurnished.
It has a large back yard with a covered seating area, and parking on the front yard. There are also two shed out the back, with some space if needed.
The house is in a great spot, with the beach, shops, restaurants, ect. all 5 minutes away (if that). There’s also a nice little lake across the road :)

I’m a 29 year old woman living in a house in Palm Beach :) I work full time and often keep active before and after work, with most weekends spent at the beach or with friends.
My housemate is ready to get a place of his own, so I’m looking for someone to fill one of the two spare rooms.
I’m looking for someone respectable, clean and happy to have a little Staffy as a friend. I do like a wine with the girls, but it’s not a party house :)
