My home is a one year old duplex nestled in a small enclave of 6 new units in an established neighbourhood. It overlooks a creek with a natural habitat of trees full of birds. Furnishings are new and modern and there are overhead fans in living and bedrooms as well as air conditioning in the living room. There is only a single garage and flatmate would need to park on the street, which is a safe cul de sac with little traffic. All utilities including electricity, water rates, Internet, Netflix, insurance and garden maintenance are included in flatmate’s rent. (Note, Base Rent equates to only $150/week). Palmwoods train station is within walking distance and there are many cafes and retail outlets in town. Available double bedroom could be furnished if required for the right person. Lockup parking is available for 1 vehicle as well as a covered carport for a second vehicle if required.
