My name is Gino and I'm looking for a housemate for my mum, Caroline. She is a 54 years old woman, and has 2x little toy poodles. She is taking over this house from me at the end of February.

She will be living there on her own, so I'm looking for somebody that would be friendly and respectful. This is not a party house.

The room available is the Master, and is a large bedroom, with a large Walk-in-robe, and it's own Ensuite. With direct access to the large outdoor patio and view. This house offers grand vues of the sunrise (direct from your bedroom), and the outdoor space is truly stunning with beautiful views of the interland. There is a lot of backyard space. And space between this house and the neighbours. Creating a lovely private environment and 'nature' retreat atmosphere.

The photos show furniture, which isn't how it will be furnished. It has nice furniture. The Master isn't furnished, so you would need your own bed/bedside table. Other than that, the house is furnished. It features lovely wood floors, A/C in the Living & your Master bedroom, a large pantry, a shed (if you need storage), and a two car garage (which you can use to store your car/storage).

The $350 includes bills (water & electricity). Also, mum will get a gardener every 2/3 weeks, and a cleaner weekly. Which she is covering. So, it's not extra to you. The only thing not covered is the internet, as she is personally hotspotting (there's good reception), so you have to hotspot or get a modem.

Mum is looking for someone long term, ideally 6 months minimum, as you need to be on the Lease. This would be as much your house as it is Mum's, so you won't feel like your living 'in someone else's house'.
