A charming, fully furnished room is available in a peaceful, leafy part of Woombye. Just a 15-minute walk (or 5-minute drive) to town, where you’ll find public transport, cafes, a supermarket, a pub, and all the essentials.

The home is conveniently located—about 15 minutes' drive to Maroochydore, Buderim, Sippy Downs, Montville, and Yandina, and only 10 minutes to Nambour.

I’m calling in a like-minded peaceful housemate who is ideally vego and truly values cleanliness, is respectful, responsible, health-conscious and environmentally aware.

The room is north-facing, filled with natural light, and overlooks lush greenery. It comes with a comfy double bed, bedside tables, and a spacious walk-in robe.

I'm a 39-year-old woman who works from home, so ideally you’re someone who’s out and about during the day and not into heavy partying or regular drinking. You’ll also need to love animals, as I've got sweet small dog who's here part- time.
