I love this property but I unfortunately have to move for work so I am hoping to find someone to live with my amazing housemates. Peaceful and leafy neighbourhood, the Torrens River and Linear Park are just 100m away - can ride into the city in about 30 minutes. Nearest bus stop is number 25, 281 route (approx 3 minutes walk). Alternatively the Paradise O-Bahn Interchange is 10 minutes walk away. The property has a small indoor pool which can be used in the warmer months, and has solar heating. There is a reasonable size lawn and garden in the backyard with a small fishpond. I spend quite a lot of time alone, and there are no other housemates, so the house will generally not be a busy place. The kitchen uses an induction cooker, as the property does not have gas. I have some induction cookware which you are free to use. Internet is included in the rent cost, water is shared at a rate of 30% (this is because I have a pool and reasonable size garden which you are not expected to pay for) and electricity is shared 50% each. The room for rent has a small TV, a desk, double bed, bedside drawers with lamp, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The room has ducted evaporative cooling. Internet is included and I have Telstra Bigpond Cable with plenty of data available. If you happen to be working or studying in Mawson Lakes, I drive to there 8:45am and leave from there ~5-6pm; mon-fri so if you want to car pool with me you are welcome. Large retro style house in a very quiet area. Hi There :) I am a 27 year old female looking for a new room mate. I have an amazing landlord and a very secure lease which makes it a great place to live if you want a bit of stability. The house is ideally located less than 10kms north east of the city and has a bus stop at the end of the street and shops, gyms and everything you could need close by. The room is a great size and the whole house is floorboards and tiles which makes it super easy to keep clean. The room is $200 a week including all bills (unlimited wifi, gas, water, electricty and gardening). The price is reflective of sharing a house with only one other person, splitting things down the middle. Having a relaxed and considerate home vibe is really important to me, and not having people living on top of each other but rather feeling at home and not just like your renting a room. I may be slightly negotiable on cost for the right housemate so if thats the only thing stopping you feel free to send me a message.
