The room is huge, like a studio apartment within the house. There's an upstairs mezzanine area, where our bed currently is. Below is a large lounge area which can fit a large desk, 2 couches and coffee table very easily. There's an aircon/heating unit in the room and also the possibility of having the room furnished. The house is a beautiful Victorian era building with high ceilings and polished floor boards. There's a nice outdoor area for BBQs and taking in the morning sun. Spacious lounge and dining and a well equipped kitchen for keen cooks. There are two shared bathrooms, meaning the downstairs one is all yours for showering (the remaining housemates use the upstairs bathroom). Our tech savvy housemates have rigged up great sound systems in the lounge and dining areas, as well as a Plex server and Netflix for just about any movie or TV show your heart desires. Adjacent to the house is a lovely, leafy park which makes a great place for picnics.
