We have a medium to large, furnished bedroom in Brunswick in need of a tenant. The entire house is fully furnished with all the bits and pieces to make your life easy (dish washer, clothes dryer, those kinds of things). It's a fairly homely place and we do a pretty okay job of keeping it clean. Current housemates are a 33 year old male, and a couple - a 34 year old male and a 30 year old female who both work office hours. We also have a fat cat. We're a pretty functional, makeshift family. We hang out together when we're all around, enjoy the odd meal together or a bottle of wine or two The room itself is west facing, gets some pretty awesome sunlight and has a built in robe. There are two bathrooms in the house so you'll only be sharing that with one other person. We're in an awesome spot, shops, public transport, pubs, Sydney Road, Brunswick Baths are all within walking distance. There is plenty of on street parking if you need it and we don't mind if you smoke, just as long as you do it outside in the courtyard. Ideally we are looking for a long-term tenant to be added onto our lease. Rent is $866 PCM paid on the 20th of each month, bond is an additional $700. Bills (gas, water, electricity, NBN internet, Foxtel) are additional and split four ways. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate another couple in the house. The room will recently have new floorboards installed and is equipped with a split air con and heating system :) Yours would be the front bedroom, it also has a window with security screen and blinds. I also have an attic for storage and you can see the city and sit up there if you are resposible and careful! Couples are welcome but would be at a higher rent. Wifi is all connected here but i would like to go halves in the bills I like to split the cost of communal things like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, tea/coffee sugar, fruit etc. But i am also happy to buy my own if you arent comfortable with that. Hi everyone!, I have a large unfurnished room (easily fit king/queen bed - two sets of built in robes) available in a two bedroom terrace house in the leafy part of Flemington. It's a short walk to the tram stop or the train station, as well as cafes and bars. It's also near a separate bike path into the city as well as park lands for running etc. It's also very near to a CityLink exit and entrance, and - in relation to community safety - about 200 m from the Police Station. The house itself is recently renovated with floorboards throughout, a dishwasher and heating and cooling. The kitchen / lounge area is open plan. There is a paved outdoor area with two sheds and some underground storage space. I plan to set up a barbecue and outdoor setting out there in the near future. I have the common area furniture pretty covered with couches, TV, dining table, etc. I also have a decent fridge and kitchen utensils. I have a drier and will otherwise buy a clothes washer but it would be great if you have one. Otherwise we can of course work out where to fit whatever you have. Otherwise the house is well set up as shown in the photos and is in a convenient spot. You will need to be approved by the real estate agent. The rent is an even split in case you're concerned about that. While I personally love pets the lease does not allow for one, which is a shame...

Lovely bright & airy room available in the heart of brunswick. Rent my room for 7 days for $350 or 3 extra days for $100 more only ( 10 days rental total is $450 ) I'm going away for 10 days to Singapore from the 10th of March and need to sub-let my room whilst away. Room is fully furnished with double bed, desk & WIR. Communial areas incl. loungeroom, kitchen, bathroom & courtyard. Obviously you have your own room... although our resident mascot Bella will want to visit you. There is a small security dep ($150) returned on exit. Also, non-smokers only please.
