The location of this apartment is really good, it is close to the University of Melbourne, Trinity College, and Victoria Market, you can easily walk there within 10 mins. There are lots of diversified meals available near the building: cafe; Korean restaurant; Chinese restaurant; Domino; 7/11; Thai restaurant and IGA supermarket, and the tram stop is just across the street when you go out from the building. Security is not an issue here as this building has a double entrance guard, people cannot get in if they do not have the access key. The room is also really nice, it is tidy and comfortable, and you only need to share the kitchen and living room with your flatmate, so I think this room provides you with a quiet private environment to live.
