You're looking for a comfortable home, a cosy atmosphere and while you're not opposed to the occasional friend gathering and pre-drinks in the house, you aren't too rowdy either. You're basically perfect. Flawless. Godly. The house is in Parkville: between Melbourne University and Royal Park. The Uni is a 5 min walk away, the free tram zone is a 15min walk away and it's a 15min tram ride to Flinders Station. We have no pets and would prefer to keep it that way. The two rooms for two people are identical and are 350$ per week (for two, making it 175 per person), available from the 25nd of June and currently have two single beds, two desks and two wardrobes.

Sweet cafe across the road, the location is quiet and beautiful. 15 minute walk to Vic markets (hence the edge of the city), lygon street (nova cinema $6 on mondays), Princes park and royal park for running and only 5 minutes walk to Melbourne University. We are on the tram 19 line, which is useful as it runs all night! We have a veggie patch and currently has potatos growing in it, however more veggies to come during spring. Franklin our 6 month old ginger and white cat from RSPCA also lives here. Features: housemates (we are generally good inner city melbourne people), huge windows in living area, quiet neighbourhood, tall ceilings, close to supermarkets, park and city life. There is a cafe across the road for coffee needs, and the street is very quiet and area residential. Room 1 : the room available is the smallest in the house so only suitable for 1 person. it currently is furnished with a a queen bed from ikea and a chest of draws, little cupboard . All furniture can stay in the room or otherwise you can bring your own furniture in. It would suit a student. Please note it has no window, but a skylight on the roof. The tall roof makes it feel spacious however it is little. Room 2: TAKEN The second room available is medium to large room, fits a queen size bed with a window into our little rainforest garden. It has large built in wardrobes, a study desk and a large mirror with chests underneath. You do not need much to move into this lovely room.
