Hi - we are a household of four, looking for a fifth person. Our lovely, large home in Parkville is incredibly conveniently located and has a big living area, leafy balcony and great kitchen. We have a car port out the back and are surrounded by the parks. Very close to 59 and 55 tram line, as well as Uni of Melb and the Royal Hospitals. You would be living with one couple Rob and Ania both studying and working, one junior doctor Tiffany, one English PHD student Jess. We are hoping that you are normal, nice and tidy. We mostly cook for ourselves and have different schedules, but will make an effort to enjoy a glass of wine or dinner together from time to time. The room is the smallest in the house, which is reflected by the reduced rent, but it has a lovely window that looks out over the park. It has built in cupboards, and there is also more storage available just outside the room. The move in date is flexible and can be a bit earlier, but rent needs to start being paid from the 18th of May. Bills are all split and generally come to ~$100/3 months. We've got two single rooms available, one with build-in robes and one slightly larger one without. The house is a newly built townhouse in Parkville Gardens, with huge garden, living areas and garage. The house has air-conditioning, ducted heating, NBN, a bathroom shared between three people and two toilets. (The master which is taken has an ensuite) We will also be having a cleaner to clean all communal areas. Bills are not expensive but they are also not cheap, and there is no subletting for short periods and only under great duress for long periods, so if you are money conscious please keep that in mind. The house is ideally suited to single professionals who are looking for a comfortable house to settle into without the hassle of constant "sharehouse" life.

We are also lucky enough to have a courtyard complete with BBQ out the back. The location is super close to the city/Queen Vic Market/Royal Park with public transport links so handy you will feel cheated if you ever have to walk 100m to a tram stop.
