Hi, I’m Nina! I study Commerce at the University of Melbourne and currently rent a flat in Parkville at $275/week (excl. bills), I'm looking for a flatmate for move-in by mid-February 2026.
The apartment is in a great location — just a 1-minute walk to the 505 bus stop, which goes directly into the city. The flat is located in a safe, quiet residential neighbourhood, popular with both families and students.
The apartment comes with most common utilities already provided, including a fridge and main kitchen appliances. The only thing you’d need to bring is a washer/dryer plus furniture for your private room :)

I’m an outgoing and adventurous person who loves exploring new places, trying new things, and making the most of new experiences. I’ve lived abroad for most of my life, spending seven years in Singapore and four in Melbourne, and I’m a big fan of F1, writing/listening to music, and watching film/tv!
I really value a friendly home dynamic—whether it’s chatting over a casual dinner or just catching up every now and then. At the same time, I totally get the importance of personal space and alone time and always respect that too!
I like to keep things tidy and organized, and I’m hoping to find flatmates who are easygoing, open-minded, and up for creating a relaxed and comfortable living space. If this sounds like your kind of vibe, I'd love to connect! Feel free to send me a message.
