We have been here for a year and love this place. The unit is on the 19 tram line and very close other train and tram lines (10-15 minute walk). A short ten minute stroll takes you up to Sydney road where there are supermarkets, restaurants and hipster coffee amenities galore. A cheeky 10 minute tram/cycle ride takes you right into the CBD. Being situated between Princess and Royal Park means there is lots of nature to explore on either side of the property. The house itself has a nice downstairs area with air conditioning and heating and we have a cute little courtyard for summer entertaining. Melbourne Uni is a short walk away, as is the Royal Melbourne and Royal Children's Hospital. The room on offer is 811 PCM and is featured in pictures. The option to take a larger room for 840 PCM (Alice is thinking about downsizing) is also an option and is also featured in photos (the one with the white bed and BIR:).
