Hello peoples, we are searching for a female housemate in her mid 20's and beyond :)
We have a fantastic upstairs room available in February 16th 2026 with awesome parkland views as we have no neighbours behind our house. The shared sitting area looks out to the parkland and to the suburban Flemington area on the other side. The upstairs bathroom is shared by three of us whilst the main room downstairs has its own ensuite. The place has a decking, a rear courtyard and direct access to the parkland with a friendly doggo's that just love a free pat!
The rest of the house is fully furnished except of course the room, (though that can be negotiated) and it also has built in robes. We have internet connection, and its a two min walk to the Flemington Bridge train station, or the 59/57 tram to get into town. Its a 15 min walk to Melbourne Uni through Royal Melbourne Park so its good access to all areas.
We are a settled group of people and are easy going, clean, and pretty much do our own things, but dont mind good conversations. The finer details are rent per month $842.00/month or194.00 /week (includes internet). Bills are simply divided by four. We look forward to hearing from you.
