We are looking for someone to join us in our home in our modern-ish double story house in Payneham. We are looking for someone around 21 - 35 y/old, non smoker, without children. It's not that we are discriminating, we need to feel comfortable, we don't smoke, and we are not really "children people" and our house isn't set up to be. It's a spacious three bedroom place that's close to supermarkets, bus stops, gyms and parks really close by. Only about 10 minute drive, 15 min bus ride to the city. There is one room available, and another spare - in reality we could rent the other out, three people is enough living together is enough in our opinion. There will be a few changes to the space by time you move in, like some new couches, and getting rid of a few knick knacks. The house is bigger than the pics lead you to believe. We have a great set up as we have slowly been adding to our home, and collecting bits over the years. TV, BBQ, Large fridge, Netflix, broadband, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, couches etc etc and CENTRAL HEATING/COOLING for the extremities. In the past we have totally been down for Market runs because the best food comes from the Adelaide Markets, and we can eat like kings for less than $100 a week. If you dig music, architecture, play guitar, like a social drink, good food and/or any of the above, then we'd love to hear from you. We are after someone who is neat and tidy, you don't have to be obsessively clean, but just show respect for our property. Just simple things like cleaning up after yourself and helping out around the house, helping out with gardening (very low maintenance backyard), buying milk if you use that last of it, putting washing from the machine into a washing basket for us.
