From the house you can already see the Stockland shopping center with heaps of stores. Also in 1 min distance there is a bus station with many bus lines (e.g. 100, 224, 225, 226, 230, 235, 104 etc.). Apart from that, in a 1 min walk distance there is Hungry Jacks, Jesmond Fruit Bar, KFC and heaps of other fast food stores and restaurants. Enogh place to park your car on the street. Nice neighbours and a big terrace with a BBQ. If you go to the Uni Of Newcastle it is a 10 mins bicycle distance or 20 min walk distance.
