Large retro style house in a very quiet area. Spacious living areas and updated laundry and bathrooms (you will be sharing the main bathroom and separate toilet with 1 other), good sized yard and plenty of parking space. AC and heating in main living areas, fast unlimited internet (not NBN however!). There's a walk in pantry plus lots of other cupboard and storage space throughout the house. The available bedroom is your choice of 3 or 4 as pictured, both feature a large window. We are keeping the remaining bedroom as a spare room for extra clothes storage/laundry hanging - you are welcome to add to this. Our house rules are pretty basic; don't let the cat out or any "no-voters" in. We don't mind anyone having company over but we are not a party house, we both work a lot and one of us studies so appreciate a relaxing home environment. Our rental agency does require you to submit an application and be approved, you do not have to go on the lease but you will need to do a short application that I can help you with. Please note: pictures were taken from before we moved in - they have since added a shower screen, and we have furnished the house. We have a great house in a great area. The sort of place where you can hop down to the local park at midnight and play on the swings, free as a bird (just make sure to confer with me first so our swing-visits don't clash). Our house is on a cul-de-sac so very little road traffic. The room overlooks the back garden and will be regularly visited by the household cat - no extra charge for this service. We split most bills evenly, but you will get -free- access to Netflix under this roof. The house has been a shared house for many years and if you're lacking any bits of furniture, we can almost certainly dig it out of the shed. We are close to the Magill campus of Adelaide uni, as well as to two supermarkets and various fast food places. There are two bus routes within a couple minutes' walk that will get you to the city.

An additional toilet is available downstairs as well. The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet. It is just 10 min drive from city centre. The house is furnished with all the basic needs but not excellently furnished. There is flexibility in the length of stay. The rent inclides internet and water charges. Electricity and gas bills will be divided equally which are also very low.
