It is a private floor within a lovely cottage with an oasis garden in Rozelle. The house is fully furnished, has 2.5 bathrooms, lots of indoor living space and in our completely unbiased point of view has lots of character. It is located on a quiet street convenient to buses, light rail, city and all the usual inner west attractions and amusements. The room is bright and can accommodate a queen size bed. Plenty of room for a bed side table or two, drawers, a small desk and other bedroom furniture. The floor is carpeted and has a window that outlooks onto the street, overlooking parkland that is down the way. Bills are divided equally amongst three flatmates. These include electricity, gas, internet, and water (water usage only which comes in at about $20 quarter each). The house has solar panels so we reduce bill cost by washing (clothes and dishes) and using other electrical appliances during the day. For household items such as cleaning stuff and loo paper, we do our best to share the load.
