The room is on a seperate level from the rest of the rooms, kitchen and lounge room giving it the all time own home feel. The whole apartment is also fitted with air conditioning. As I said the apartment building is situated on darling street with you own personal cafe/sandwich bar on one side and a pharmacy attached on the other that you can access internally from the lobby. Darling street provides all your caffeine needs along with your appetite and alcoholic needs with restaurants, pubs and bottle shops running through it. Rozelle also provides the added bonus of serenity with the bay run just minutes away and also Birkenhead shopping centre just 5 minutes down the road for the shopaholics. With the apartment being so close to victoria road it provides you with all the public transport you need to get around Sydney and back. If you have a car there is plenty of street parking and with some back streets that are free. There is also an underground car space. As usual you will need to pay a bond and 2 weeks advanced rent.
