This is a great area, full of shops, pubs, gyms, markets, bus stop is just 2 minutes walking from the flat, 10 minutes from Town Hall station by bus. The closest ones run straight into the city (in about 15 minutes), with a variety of other bus routes to get you wherever you need to go. We have 2 rooms potentially available for $200, $250 or $300/week, depending on single or couple and which room. The larger room with built in wardrobes will suit a couple (at $300/w), or a single (at $250/w). The front room (at $200/w) would suit a single person (especially students, with space for a desk), or child of couple renting the larger room, or shared living space, or even separate professional space if required (located at the front of the house).
