The whole house is very clean, quiet, and good vibe, has a separate kitchen. There is a front and a backyard with a garden. Parking is available and the rent includes free fast wireless internet, and the house has internal laundry. Very high ceilings, Nice furniture, and all quality facilities.
The room requires a 4-week bond and 2 weeks' rent upfront. There is an additional utility fee of $10 pw and we share the electric bill around $ 1 per day.
I am looking for male and female who are clean, gentle, and responsible. No smoking(out-smoking) and no pets. Back yard have park space, also Lots Street park space
The location is very convenient, close to Glebe Point Road, which has a lot of stores, cafes, the Broadway shopping center, and public transport (4 different buses are very close: 433, 431, 370, 470)
The house is located close to Sydney Uni, UTS, TAFE, Glebe library, and just near Jubilee Park, where you can always go and relax and have a nice view of the water.
