About the property
Location Location Location: An artistic home on one of Rozelle’s best streets. — walk to the famous Totti’s ( with a local's discount!), stroll through Rozelle Parklands to meet the local doggies, or wander down to the marina to watch the superyachts. The home is perfectly placed with easy walking access to countless bus routes to the CBD and the Inner West not forgetting the lightrail!
At last count there are still 19 pubs in the peninsula, whether you want to join a choir, eat good food, do a trivia night, see live music or dance, theres fun to be had.
Rent will be the same for a year. As long as utilities don't hit the roof, I prefer to include internet, electricity, gas and a weekly cleaner for common areas for an extra $200 per week.
The property is fully furnished with a very good fitted kitchen (yes I have an air-fryer and a SodaStream!). The room can be available unfurnished (likely to be truth be told unless you really want that yellow side table and blue coat rack).

About the flatmates
I’m Kaljit — born and bred in London. Now living in Australia since 2007! Proudly 47, with the outlook of a 30 year old!! I look brown, sound English, and am in fact a perfectly balanced blend of British and Indian (like a decent portion of fish n chips with terrible queueing skills). I’m currently on a short career break, but usually work full-time in the corporate world with a strong social-justice bent. I’m into pottery, upcycling, gardening, fixing things around the house, and proper, meaningful conversations — small talk will be politely escorted out. I live with Arjun, an indoor cat who enjoys belly rubs, playing fetch, showing off his backhand, and supervising birds from the window. The house is calm, oddly organised and weirdly respectful — evenings often involve a glass of wine or whisky by the fire and a very good soundtrack from my youth.
