First things first, we have a dog named Vinny and he's the sickest bloke you'll ever meet so you must LOVE dogs. He also loves dogs, so dogs are welcome. No cats pls, Vinny isn't a fan. Macquarie Park and University and North Ryde area are also within easy distance.
