We are looking for likeminded people, (female preferably) easygoing, friendly and social, that want to share the granny and feel that they are at home and definitely get involved with the house cleaning and household. Someone who is responsible and respectful of other’s rutine and space.

About the place: is a two bedroom 6 years old granny flat with a share bathroom, kitchen and a big living-dinner room, there is room with a desk if you need to work from home. There is a little back garden. We share the land with other family that are our front neighbours and they have a dog, so definitely you need to be comfortable with dogs around. Parking on the driveway or on the street unlimited.

Convenient location:
* 2 min walk to supermarket, liquor and Bunnings.
* 5 min walk to buses to the city (20 min)
* 8 minutes walk to fitness first.
* And lot of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Bills are included and you can have a double bed if you needed or unfurnished room whatever suits you better. Moving in date is flexible if you need to come a little earlier, but would be available from the 23nd of February 2026 onwards.
