I’m looking for likeminded people in their thirties, easygoing, friendly and social, that want to share the granny and feel that they are at home, who like to share a dinner time to time, and definitely needs to help with the cleaning and household. Someone who responsible and respectful of other’s rutine and space.

About the place: is a two bedroom 6 years old granny flat with a share bathroom, kitchen and a big living-dinner room, there is room if you need to use a desk. There is a little back garden. We share the land with other family that are our front neighbours they have a dog so definitely you need to be comfortable with dogs around. Plenty of free unlimited parking on street.
We are 2 min walk to supermarket, liquor and Bunnings. 5 min walk to buses to the city (20 min) and 8 minutes walk to fitness first. And lot of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Bills are included and you can have a double bed if you needed or unfurnished room whatever suits you better. Moving in date is flexible but would be from mid January 2026 onwards. If you have any questions or would like to inspect do not hesitate to contact me I will be happy to meet you…
