Hey guys, so we (Megan and Jarrad) are currently looking for a new housemate to move into our house at Seven Hills (basically Camp Hill). It's a pretty decent sized UNFURNISHED room (with plenty of room for a queen sized bed and a desk), house is in a decent location from Uni and CBD access, and there's fast as shit (sometimes) unlimited Internet. We have a dog, so the right person would probably need to be OK with the grumpy fluff ball that is Maisy. Our landlord is an awesome bloke. Dogs considered after meet and greet with Maisy, cats however most likely no.
My housemate who is leaving is flexible and move in date can be now if desired. The share is also available from 20 July to late July/early August. The house to share is furnished but the room is UNFURNISHED. There is an ensuite. Close to major shopping centres (Cannon Hill, Morningside Central and Coles, Carindale). Also close to public transport (bus 500m away, train 15 minute walk). There is gourmet pizza, hairdresser and good cafe just around the corner. Another cafe and convenience store about 500m. There is a fenced backyard so suitable for a small pet. The landlord has approved a small pet before so likely will again. I don't have a pet, the dog in the pic is my housemate's dog who is leaving. Though pets welcome. The third bedroom has been turned into an office type arrangement. There is internet for which I pay. We will share water and electricity. Plenty of space under the house for storage if necessary. A remote controlled garage door for parking under the house.

We love the footy so while we're a pretty quiet household, there is the occasional yelling at the tv and climbing the walls. Don't be fooled by the granny trolley, I'm only 34 but those things are great 😂 The room has a built-in robe and ceiling fan, fits a queen bed and desk/tallboy and you will share the main bathroom with one other person as the master bedroom has an ensuite that the couple use. The complex is at the end of a cul de sac, is quiet and has a pool. The lease is up in September so this would suit a short term tenant. The room is unfurnished but currently has a spare bed in it as we are using it as a spare room, I would be willing to sell the bed if needed. Not suitable for couples sorry.
