Hey guys, we are looking for a 2 new housemate to move into individual bedrooms. It's a massive two storey house, (3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs) so it's never too crowded despite there being 5 people. One of our housemates who lives downstairs is only seen around twice a month due to their busy schedule, so it's best to think of it as having 3 housemates! Cooking is also very manageable, we've never had a problem and rarely cook at the same time! It's super easy to get quiet time whenever you need it. I have loved living here, the roommates Emily and Dakota are great people to live with, both tidy after themselves, are vey friendly yet give you your space. The place has aircon in every room as well as a ceiling fan in every room. There is a Coles and Woolworths only a 5 minute walk from the house Train station 10 minute walk from the house and 5 minute from bus stops. The townhouse is near the train station however as the place is only two years old it was built to be soundproof.
