Nice location, close to the city centre, but also right next to the Seven Hills Bushland Reserve, if you like a bit of a nature walk or run. I ride my pushbike to South Bank almost daily so it’s a doable distance if you are into biking. The place is a gated community with a pool and BBQ area.

Hey guys, we are looking for a 1 new housemate to move into our large house. It's a massive (and I mean massive) two storey house, (3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs) so it's never too crowded. One of our housemates who lives downstairs is only seen around twice a month due to their busy schedule, so it's best to think of it as having 3 housemates! Cooking is also very manageable, we've never had a problem and rarely cook at the same time! It's super easy to get quiet time whenever you need it. Has a great back verandah with lounges looking onto trees and pretty much no neighbours can be seen:) The room has built in wardrobe space with a desk. Nice wooden floors in the room and through out the front half of the house. Rent is only $125 a week Bills are seperate but only ends up costing an extra $10 a week on top of your rent. We split the bills when they come in. Location is great. Close to both Canon hill shops and Carindale with a nice coffee shop just up the street. There is air con in the main lounge area.
