Would be nice to have a third person with similar interests but not hung up on only students. It is a very nice and relaxing location. Close to the city centre, but also right next to the Seven Hills Bushland Reserve, if you like a bit of a nature walk or run. I ride my pushbike to South Bank almost daily. Unfortunately this place doesn’t have anything cool like a pool but it does have a back yard and a patio you can sit on and enjoy the amazing sunsets. Inside the house it’s super clean. I must admit I have OCD and can’t stand clutter or mess. I have Netflix and AppleTV so if you are into UFC this is a good house for you, as I watch it almost every Sunday morning.

The house is less than a 15 minute walk from the train station straight into the city, with buses going to Carindale and the city from the door. We are also very close to the Cannon hill and Carindale shopping centers by bus or car for all your shopping and public transports needs. The street is a main road and there is plenty of space for on street parking, there is also a space for off-street parking which we are more than happy to discuss. The Rooms The room is a decent size. It has space for a double bed or queen and a desk, the room does have built in robes. There are two bathrooms in the property, one is an ensuite attached to Matt and Liv's room. The house is also well located around the corner from one of Brisbane's best coffee shops Blue poppy (Slight bias). The House The place is huge with a kitchen and dining fused as well as a large upstairs deck which is great in the evening for a drink. The kitchen has a dishwasher which you can add to your list of pros as well as a large bench top for all your cooking needs. There is a separate living area which has a huge couch and large TV and with Netflix, XBOX and foxtel streaming. As well as this the house has some storage space, which we are more than happy to discuss storing anything and everything in. The need to knows The Utilities, such as Electricity, Water and gas are not included in the Rent. We will try and organize monthly electricity bills as it makes life easier. Bond is two weeks rent because, lets face it, four weeks is expensive. We will be following the flatmates common law agreement and we do need to submit your details to the real estate. We would prefer people who are interested in staying at least 3 months, in saying that part of the deal is that if you would need or like (although we hope not) to move all that is required is two weeks notice.

The property is fairly big and spacious, with living areas downstairs and bedrooms upstairs (so plenty of space to either be on your own, or hang out). There are three rooms, one of which would be yours and is unfurnished, and three bathrooms, so no sharing required. All of the rooms have air conditioning and built in wardrobes and are decently sized. There's also a bit of storage underneath the stairs. The yard is big with a good sized patio area, so if you like to chill outside there's plenty of space. I love greenery myself, so I've got a lot of plants and greenery around the house. Parking is available on the street, and there is always plenty of places. The place is very close to Morningside shops, which has basically everything you could need and is within walking distance to public transport (bus and train). There are cafes and bars in the area and plenty of gyms and sporting facilities. The city is around a 10 minute drive, so very accessible. There's never a shortage of stuff to do!

There is a shop right next door which is very convenient. The third room is basically storage’s day you welcome to use it as well. I have all that’s needed to cook, clean and lounge around. You will only need bedroom gear I can help with draws but that’s all I really got. It’s has a private front court yard that could be used for a coldy or just to lay in the sun. Down stairs is kitchen,lounge, dining, laundry and toilet and upstairs is all the bedrooms. It Would just be you and I here which means you get just as much say can put you on the lease as well.
