The guys from Columbia sell their coffee and homemade chocolate at the markets and another tenant makes paella there as well, the other 2 tenants are full time workers.

The place is located in a very good and calm neighbourhood, close to the river and Morningside station. The house has an amazing front yard, fully furnished and in perfect conditions (for real, is probably the cleanest house I've seen since I moved to Brisbane). There is a cleaner that comes every saturday which maintains the home in a constant clean and tidy state. Any questions just let me know.
