About the property
This is a place we call home, our hope is that you’ll call it home too!
With central aircon and heating, a pool, a garage, buses (7 min walk), trains (20 min walk) and shops nearby it has everything you need! Your room is an ensuite with your own bathroom and a walk in closet.
Seven hills is a lovely residential neighbourhood, with a small patch of nature and cute local cafes at walking distance.
We are looking for someone 30+ we would accept late 20s if it’s a good fit. Preferably someone who has experience sharing house, who is clean and respectful, and wants to make this a home that feels good and inclusive for everyone. Queer friendly home, all genders welcome. We also would consider dogs if they have good rental history. No cats unfortunately as Aimee-Lee is allergic.
The lease is coming up in June and we are hoping it will be renewed as it has been in the past few years but we can’t guarantee it.
Bills include wifi $28.50/per month + electricity around 70$/per month and water $30 per quater.
Bond is $850 + $500 (two weeks rent to pay that will be used as the two last week of your rent when you move out) total of $1350

About the flatmates
Rose, 35, is a queer and creative soul currently studying at QUT interaction design and IT. Her hobbies are indoor rock climbing, art, painting, clay and music.
Aimee-Lee, 31, is a homebody these days but usually enjoys the beach, hiking, anything nature and travel. She works from home most days and gets her morning started with a coffee.
Hayley, 22 year old woman, studies and works full time. She is usually out of the house from 8-6 Monday-Friday. Since she is busy during the week she enjoys spending her weekends resting and relaxing and if she is not out shopping or catching up with friends she likes to chill at home. She is often hanging out in the common area either cooking, eating or watching tv.
