This house is a recently purchased, newly renovated, owner-occupied home, meaning that we take care of it and if something goes wrong, we will be right on it. The house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, close to parkland, train stations, and Mt Ommaney Shopping Center. It takes 10 minutes to get to the local train station or the shopping center via a bus or bike. There is on-street parking available if you own a car. As a tenant, you would have access to a large furnished bedroom, shared access to the kitchen, laundry and living room, and a bathroom which you share with one other person. The bedroom is fully furnished. It comes with a double bed (sheets can be provided if required), a desk, a bookshelf, and a built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is also furnished, and you can use the utensils in there if required. We do have a second lounge room which is currently unfurnished, so if you have a TV or consoles which you want to set up, you can feel free to put them in there. All housemates are clean and neat, and treat our shared spaces with respect. In regards to house rules, we simply ask that you treat the space and the people within, with the same level of respect with which we treat it ourselves. This means things like no dirty dishes in the sink for long periods of time, being respectful of when other people are sleeping, and cleaning up after yourself in the shared areas.

We are currently looking for a housemate to take over a room in our share house. We live in a two storey 4 bedroom, three bathroom (three showers) house with a large back garden. I am a 23 year old in Medical Admin working out of The Wesley Hospital (full time) and my housemate Kia is a 22-year-old Marketing Manager for a small business in Darra. We are super easy going. Our third room has been taken by a lovely guy called Paul who works fulltime. We have one room to offer (3.5 x is 3.1 m) and it is $135 including bills. The upstairs bathroom would be shared with one other girl who is very clean. The room will be available as of next week. Bills are paid at the same time as rent and accumulate in a separate rent account, which I organise (covers electricity bills, unlimited NBN internet, Netflix). We are on the lease until December 2018 and will be looking at staying past the lease term if possible. There is aircon in the downstairs living area. We have a double garage for storage and off street parking. All the house is furnished apart from the bedrooms. We have a large fridge and a second freezer. Hi Guys, I am currently renting a large 4 bedroom house in Jindalee. The house comprises of 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs (I reside downstairs with my miniature Pinscher dog, Cali). The room for rent is the master bedroom of the house and is located upstairs on the eastern side of the house. It can either be rented by 1 person at $170 per week, sharing the upstairs level with 2 other housemates along with myself downstairs (4 people in total), or I am happy to rent out the entirety of the upstairs level of the house to a couple / single person for $400p/w. This will include the free and uninterupted use of all 3 bedrooms for you to do as you please, private bathroom (including bath and separate shower) and toilet (I have all this downstairs and never use the upstairs amenities). The only time I come upstairs is to cook, play pool, ping pong or darts or to socialise if the occasion calls for it. Electricity and water bills are paid equally amoung all tennants in the house according to their length of time within the house during that billing period. Wifi is included and we are on the NBN network, touch wood we have had very good connections and speeds since joining this 8 months ago and have only had 1 crash for 4 hours in the first 2 weeks of having it. We have a decent size backyard big enough for another small dog if required, though I will have to contact real estate first to get it approved. Cali is very friendly with most dogs and would love a new full time friend. I have managed to pretty much fully occupy the upstairs loungeroom with a pool table, ping pong table and dart board which are completely open for use by any new tennants and visiting friends. Though this does mean there is no actual loungeroom inside... To counter this I have tried to make the front and back balconies pretty comfy by adding couches and homely features which are all well and truely up for discussion and modifieable if appropriate :) Thanks for reading, Mike

Hi, Looking for 1 new room mate to share my newly purchased house with myself and 2 others. We're not big partiers but do enjoy a beverage on occasions. Normally a pretty quite house hold as we are out doing different things at different times so you get a lot of space. Only 13km from the city, 3km from Darra train station, 1km to Mt Ommaney shopping centre and 50m from bus stop. The house is fully furnished but has room to add stuff or a shed to store stuff as well, bedroom not furnished. Common areas and bedrooms all have fans, ducted air-conditioning and built in wardrobes with sliding 2m mirror. There is also a large study room free for use. Massive back yard with entertainment area. Bills and internet are split between roommates (works out about $15 per week inc internet) Beau is 27 works in gas quality testing and Ashleigh is 30 working in beauty therapy. Both are very normal, easy to get along with, always clean up after themselves. Im pretty much the same. Im 27 and work in aviation at Brisbane airport working shift work. The house is split over 2 levels, I live downstairs in granny flat and upstairs is 3 bed so you will really only be sharing with 2 others.
