Looking for a vegetarian housemate, that doesn't ever drink alcohol or use drugs and gets home before 11:30pm most nights. Have to say that first to avoid wasting peoples time. I also have two cats (they live outdoors and in the shed) so not able to accommodate for more pets. If you eat meat, drink or smoke then please do not contact me. The house is rustic yet clean. Outside needs paint (which will get done soon), most of the inside has new paint. Carpets were recently steam cleaned. If you like gardening there is plenty of space to grow whatever you like. There is a veggie patch that you can help yourself to. Washing machine and dishwasher. Gas heater in lounge room. Ceiling fan in room. Chilled out housemates. Relaxed environment. Good quality water filter. Enjoyable garden where you might see interdimensional self transforming machine elves (depending on whether you eat the cacti or not). The lounge is a t.v. free space, there is space if needed for another couch. The room is 3m x 3.6m. It is a month by month lease but so long as we get along there shouldn't be a reason you cant stay for 12 months or more. If you are from a warm climate and would be using a heater while you sleep during Winter or if you use an air conditioner then that is at extra cost, otherwise all bills are included.
Great location - close to shops, supermarket and Barwon River. It is a four bedroom house with one bathroom but has two toilets (in the process of putting in the second), there is airconditioning in all bedrooms plus the family area. The bedroom is a little small but does have built in robes. While the house is fully furnished you will need to have your own bed and you can also set up your own TV in your bedroom if you like. We live in a giant home by the bay! Too big for just us, we regularly have guests and students. The house incorporates 2 other apartments as well as our home so you’ll never be lonely. However, there are many rooms and large spaces and everyone has private areas. Sometimes we don’t see other people for weeks! We are a family of 5, we also have 3 dogs and a cat. We are all at work and school during the week. On the weekends we head to the beach or are playing out in the shed. Close to everything, you’ll never need the car!
