It's a relatively quiet spot away from the heart of Geelong but still close to the train station (10 mins walk), shops (short drive) and the buzz of town. The Little Creatures Brewery is only a short stumble home! Deakin University, Waterfront and Waurn Ponds is a 15 minute drive away. The room itself is quite large, the pictures don't do it justice. It has an offset fireplace so storage can be placed either side - This room in particular is a carpeted floored room 4.4m x 4.0m - 1 large window, chest of drawers and a large cupboard. Optional fit out includes a bed side cabinet and a queen size bed. Kitchen is large, roomy and fully kitted out - fridge, stand alone freezer, toaster, dining table etc. it even has a wood-fire stove-top oven! Lounge has a 55" TV with gaming consoles and a leather couch. It also features 2 bathrooms w/ 2 showers and toilets. There is a huge backyard with plenty of room and little plots for those with a green thumb. Unlimited parking out the front of the house. Super fast internet all unlimited so smash Netflix all you want! Currently there is another male engineer aside from myself, and a female doctor. We all friendly and get along pretty well. We are looking for someone who is like minded, clean, tidy and is also working full-time. We look forward to living with you!
My roommate moved out, so seeking a new flat mate. My flat is quaintly located in South Geelong. Ideally located near the SG train station, bottlo, apco, Kardina Park and the river. I love where I live purely because of how close I am to everything. I walk everywhere and love being close to parks and shops. I love cooking and inviting friends over. I am a full time student and work part time so naturally busy, but love to open the flat up to someone who needs a place and is respectful and chilll.

The available room has excellent cupboard/hanging space. There is plenty of storage space in the garage which is secure. There is a decent size backyard which is currently being landscaped by owner. There a gas heater in the front lounge which is incredible. Split system also. I have a beautiful dog called nixie who is extremely affectionate. Happy for another dog here providing they get along.

The room itself doesn’t have a window with direct sunlight, however the window does open up to a sunroom / study, which has heaps of sunlight that filters through into the room. The room itself is a decent size. Heaps of musical instruments in the house to play including guitars, piano, and drums. I’ve got Netflix and Stan. Welcome to hijack those. I’ve also got a makeshift recording studio in the sunroom / study, which you’re welcome to use if you’re a musician. The street is pretty quiet. Shopping centre w/ supermarket is 1 min away. CBD 4 mins. Coffee shops very close. Really good Rec reserve 1 min walk, with oval, dog park, tennis courts etc. Close to Eastern Beach.

The location is amazing! The house is located on Eastern Beach overlooking the waterfront. It is a three story house with four bedrooms so there is adequate space for four adults to live comfortably, the bedrooms are all quite spacious. We also have a balcony that overlooks the bay. There is on street parking as well as rear access with an automatic gate and parking spaces. We are three professionals aged between 33-40. It is a really environmentally friendly space that is always kept neat, clean and tidy in order to respect all housemates space. It is in walking distance from the supermarket and a short drive to the beach! We have a great medium sized outdoor space that is great for entertaining or chilling out in the evening.
