About the property
The place is literally right in front of South Geelong station like a few seconds walk! Also a few walks to the bus station. Excellent Location ✨
The room is good size, fully furnished with queen bed, side tables, desk and large built-in robes. Also has split system air conditioning which can also be used for heater in the room. Will need to share a bathroom with only 1 person who is sparkle clean. So we're hoping to find someone who is tidy and clean as well.
The weekly rent is $250 excluding bills (internet, water and electricity) which will be split between 4 ppl.
The place is clean and modern, 3x floors makes the space even feel huge. There is a small park right in front, you can chill and relax there.

Zihan who works full time as duty manager in the hotel. She is very respectful and clean. Works 6 days a week mostly and you will share a bathroom with her.
Maddy & Flynn who work hospitality, they live downstairs and busy with work and study.
All of them are very respectful, chill and easy going!
