I have bought a lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom maisonette in Plympton and am looking for someone to rent out my spare room. The room for rent is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. After living at this place on and off for the last 15 years i like that its close to shops and public transport, that its only 10 minutes from the beach which i love. The place has built in robes and air conditioning in all bedrooms which is a major plus considering our summers, a small backyard, unlimited internet is available along with streaming sites netflix and stan.
