About the flatmates
My name is Beau (35), FIFO worker on a 2 week on 2 week off roster so you’ll have plenty of space. I’m laid-back, respectful, clean, and easy to live with. When I’m home I keep busy with study and CrossFit, I keep active, and enjoy a relaxed, drama-free home but also enjoy a social cocktail.
You’ll also be sharing with George. My chilled, friendly, 2 year old cat. The small backyard is fully enclosed for him, so cat-friendly is a must. He’s also great with other animals if you have your own.
The house is a new 2-bedroom place with double garage, small enclosed backyard, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets.
Spare room is furnished with a brand new queen bed and mattress, good size and gets plenty of light. Gas and electricity aren’t included but house has solar so electricity bill is currently always in credit and Gas bill is usually $100-$150 a quarter. Wifi and other bills are included in the rent.
Location is super convenient. Edwardstown train station is at the end of the street (under 10 mins to the city) and it’s about a 10-minute drive to Glenelg.
