I’m in need of someone to fill the second bedroom in my unit, located on a main road with the 109 tram stop just a few metres away and the Balwyn shopping district featuring a Woolworths less than 500 metres, and Box Hill central is also near by. For drivers there is an off street parking spot available. The unit features a dish washer, washing machine and dryer and I have a tv just looking for a stand to put it on and a strong person to help me get it off of my bookcase.
