I’m in need of someone to fill the second bedroom in my unit, located on a main road with the 109 tram stop just a few metres away and the Balwyn shopping district featuring a Woolworths less than 500 metres and for drivers there is a parking spot available for you. The flat comes with a dishwasher so you don’t have to stress about how awful dishes are to do. Unfortunately the bedroom does not have built in wardrobes but the living space has a linen cupboard if needs be as I don’t use it, my own room features plenty of storage space that can be used as well. Rent is actually $717 per month with bond being one months rent, looking for someone to move in as soon as the 17th of April when the month of rent is due but can be sooner as my current housemate is set to move out on the 28th of March. The room which will become available March 26th is the biggest in the house and it has a massive wardrobe and kind of a nice big window. The picture doesn't really do it justice. The house itself is open and light. I'm sitting at the kitchen table now and we really should take more advantage of the dining area and have meals together or something because it really is kind of sweet. That being said, we all do our own thing, cook for ourselves, etc. The house is just off Station street; there's a milk bar and a bottle-o around the corner, and just at the end of our street you can catch a bus that will get you to Box Hill Centro in 7 minutes. (You're about a 25 minute train ride away from the city, and Box Hill is often on the express line). Along Station st there's also an Aldi and a service station.
