Hi guys! First of all apologies for the current state of my apartment in the pictures, it's not usually like that! I have a townhouse with 2 private rooms for rent. They both have built in robes and a shared bathroom. There is one space available in garage parking (so first in best dressed) and street parking as well. There is also a small yard. The location is amazing! 2 minute walk from Miranda train station, 5 minutes from Westfield and a short drive to Cronulla. The place is mostly furnished in the common areas however I don't have a TV in the lounge so if you have one thats a huge bonus!

The place has a very comfortable homely feel. The apartment is in a 1960s block but it has been renovated. No need to bring anything except for yourself and your personal belongings. The place is fully furnished. This is not a party house. Your bedroom is quite cosy. There's no built ins but there is a cupboard/closet outside the room and 4 large storage drawers in the very comfortable double bed. Linen also provided if you don't have any. Room would easily fit a chest or drawers or additional wardrobe unit if you wish to supply this. Rent includes a great housemate, Netflix, Fetch TV box, the pleasure of experiencing my cooking from time to time, free ice-cream and beer on arrival. We have recently secured the tenancy for the property and will be moving in next Friday the 8th of September and are looking for someone to occupy the 3rd bedroom! It is an awesome three bedroom, two bathroom house with a backyard and a front deck. Everything is well sized - kitchen is modern with a dishwasher, there is a separate dining and lounge area and plenty of storage around the place. We plan on buying all the furnishings for the common areas so you won't have to worry about that, will just need to furnish your own bedroom. The bedroom we are offering is well sized and could definitely fit a double bed with bed side tables! You will be sharing the main bathroom with one other person. Whoever moves in will need to love pets as we plan on getting a puppy when we move in (potentially an Australian Shepherd/Border Collie type dog). We will of course take full responsibility for the dog/any related costs, and the owner is fully aware of our intentions, however it will be a prominent member of our household and we would love if we found someone who could adore it as much as we will. The street itself is a quiet suburban street with plenty of parking (there's also two parking spots in the driveway that is up for grabs for whoever is home at the time).
