Family of 4 headed up by a professional single mum and occasionally headed up by the 15 year old or the pug. Pool, own room and your private lounge room. You’ll have street parking, use of the pool, wifi, Netflix, cleaners and gas hot water and aircon. The Shire is great but Sylvania Waters is the jewel. Happy to meet up and inspect to see if you’ll be happy here.
