Central location, less than 5 minutes from Brunswick St. The house was built in 1887 so it's got a great character about it, but has obviously been retrofitted with all your modern necessities like plumbing, electricity and internet. We're on a contract with TPG and get unlimited internet for $15.00 a month each. The backyard is huge, especially for how close it is to the city. We even have a garden patch up the back. All of the rooms have aircon, a necessity for these upcoming summer months. There's only one loo, but there are two showers. We also have two fridges and a washing machine. The only furniture you would need to bring is stuff to deck out your room; we have couches, chairs, dining table etc. The two bedrooms we have free would either be suitable for a couple who want their own study/ TV room, whatever. Otherwise these rooms work as two bedrooms for two individuals, this has worked out fine for the two tenants who will be leaving in December.
