We are also extremely close to James Street, Brunswick Street, and a short bus ride (10 minutes), drive (5 minutes), or push bike (15 minutes) to the Brisbane CBD. The 199 bus stops (both into and back from the city) are directly outside of our building. We've got a massive balcony and the entire apartment and your room get lots of light and a great cross breeze. Our view from the balcony includes lots of trees. We are clean, happy, active, and respectful of one another, which makes for an extremely peaceful living environment. Street parking is easy, and you can get a very cheap permit thru the council if you have a car (around $10/year). This is not a massive apartment building, which makes for quick and efficient use of the lift, if necessary. The building is only 3 stories high. There is a large clean outdoor pool with lots of seating to soak up the sun. We have a very efficient air condition and ceiling fans. We don't smoke, so no smoking by yourself or guests, please.
