The kitchen is spacious for the size of the apartment, living room is comfy and the balcony has views. Please note; this is a break of lease. You will be required to sign a lessors agreement and be on the lease until June 4 when the current lease is up. Technically, I am only asking for half of the bond I originally paid for you to take over this room, and 2 weeks worth of rent was paid in advance, meaning this will cover the last two weeks of the contract unless you wish to extend it with my current housemate. In effect you will be in the contract for 10 weeks, so if it doesn't suit, you won't be stuck there forever!
