It’s a fantastic apartment, and I don’t quite understand why the rent isn’t more expensive! The living area is currently furnished, though I would like to replace the couch - if you have one to bring that would be ideal! The available bedroom is unfurnished but has an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. The facilities in the building are some of the best in Brisbane, with a 55m pool on the roof being the main attraction. Cavcorp building, One of their nicest properties, Very exclusive feel, Everyone is very friendly and neighbourly in the building. Amazing room top pool which you generally have all to yourself. The apartment furniture is far more updated than the photos listed as it's been completely styled so it's got a really comfy, homely feel where you can really kick back and relax.
