This area is great for socialising as its surrounded with bars, cafes and shops. James street shopping and Gasworks (woolies) are both 150 meters away as are bus and ferry stops. As the apartment only has 1 car space which i need, street parking is available and is free after 5pm and all day sundays. Visitor parking is also available. Rent includes internet / netflix which only leaves us with a quarterly electricity bill. The room includes a large double mirrored wardrobe, ensuite (shower not bath) and balcony access with air-conditioning. The apartment is also on the 4th floor and we get a clear view over the area in front of us from a large balcony. The flat is fully furnished so if you have your own you may need storage? or if its not much there is a large office space available.
