Teneriffe is great area surrounded by many wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars. I have just moved into a cute little 2 bed house on James Street. It is a small space but perfect or only 2 flatmates. I have furnished the house in full and can provide a queen bed, side tables and a small tallboy if you require otherwise you can bring your own bedroom furniture. The house has been fully painted on the inside and is clean and tidy. I have a portable air conditioner for the living area and fans in the bedrooms. As a Queenslander it is very airy and fairly cool. There is an awesome font porch and a covered pergola out the back. The bedroom is 3mX3.2m so a decent size. Unlimited internet, power and water will be shared equally when the bills come in. Should be maybe $20 extra per week for all the expenses.
