This is a great medium sized room with air conditioning and a three door built in wardrobe. Really great condition with hard wood floors . The bedroom has a french door which opens to a little lovely balcony so you can soak up the sunshine, drink your coffee and people watch on our street. This is a two story house with french doors all through the living room which is great for natural light and the lounge room is spacious with a massive TV and lounge so you never feel like you are intruding on the other housemate.
