And the two other girls living here are super chill and barely ever home. Internet is $20 per month unlimited and it's super fast. The room is ensuite, has a wardrobe with a big drawer cabinet and basic furniture plus a small outdoor space (unit is on the ground floor). The flat is in a complex that has a pool, gym and friendly people including families so it's actually pretty calm and quiet. You'll have to park on the street (paid mon-fri 8 to 5 so if you have a full time job it's no worries) but you can get a permit with city council for resident parking anyways. And since there's always a spot available it's really not a problem

You’ll live above a cafe, a stones throw from awesome gnocchi and good craft beer, and a leisurely walk away from the river or the park. You can do groceries at Gasworks, James St Market or at IGA. It’s close to everything but just far enough away that it’s never loud or rowdy when you want a quiet night. I’m breaking lease and looking for someone to take over.
