The property is a two bedroom, two ensuite apartment in the James Building! It also has a basement carpark for you to use!
The James Building has a pool so you can use it before summer ends! 🙂 It is also a three minute walk to the starting bus for the CityGlider which runs every five minutes during peak times and you always get a seat! It’s very convenient if you work in the City!
The bedroom is Bedroom 2 on the floor plan. It doesn’t have any external windows but it’s an oversized massive room! It is air conditioned and large enough for your own desk or tv if you wanted!
The kitchen and living area has beautiful timber vinyl floors!

I’ve bought my own place with my girlfriend so I’m on the search for an awesome roommate to move in with Mario (he is in the profile photo!).
The ideal roommate would be professional, no-smoker, respectful, clean, responsible, not a party person and with living room furniture.
Note: I may be selling my fridge and lounge - so it is really just the dining table that you’d need if you wanted to buy these!
Mario is very clean and he cooks amazing meals! This is best described as a peaceful quiet home with two professionals! 🙂
On his spare time he loves attending Total Fusion gym and river walks! He is an interior designer.
He is a great roommate and it’s sad to move out - so we will be seeking a compatible person to take over! 🙂
The lease is until 13 October 2026 at $800 per week ($400 each) with bills shared.
