This area is great for socialising as its surrounded with bars, cafes and shops. James street shopping and Gasworks (woolies) are both 150 meters away as are bus and ferry stops. Hi all, I am looking to move up North and therefore have a room available in the most amazing house in Brisbane. It's true. From the deck you can see the CBD and the Storey Bridge. We're 2 minutes from the river walk and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Room available from first week in 5th May but FLEXIBLE with this if you need to move in beforehand as there is a spare room in the house also, I.e you could move in tomorrow if required! The remaining housemates will be extending the lease until September 17th 2018. You'll be sharing with 3 young professionals, 29 F, 30 F and 31 M all working full time. It's a social house but no intrusion on privacy because the house is so spacious. Weekly rent of $1100 is split equally. No obligations at all.. but we do share the cooking/ cleaning and weekly chores. (I was never the best cook so don't worry if your kitchen skills aren't up there!) Furnished house so just need to fill the room! The house has a pool which the owners maintain (we will pitch in to clean the leaves out) as well as a HUGE living area downstairs. You definitely have your own space in this house!
