This area is great for socialising as its surrounded with bars, cafes and shops. James street shopping and Gasworks (woolies) are both 150 meters away as are bus and ferry stops. As the apartment only has 1 car space which I need, street parking is available and is free after 5pm and all day sundays. Visitor parking is also available. Rent includes internet / stan / electricty. The room is a standard secondary room and includes a large mirrored wardrobe with air-conditioning. The apartment is also on the 4th floor and we get a clear view over the area in front of us from a large balcony. The flat is fully furnished so if you have your own you may need storage? or if its not much there is a large office space available. Hey all! We have a MASSIVE (the photos don’t do it justice, anyone that walks in says how huge the place is) two-bedroom unit and have the master bedroom avaible for rent. It’s located across from the Brisbane river in the amazing Dakota Woolstore apartments and is one of the largest two-bedroom units in the complex, so there’s plenty of space for a couple or a single who wants plenty of room. The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup. Both of the rooms are massive, and the master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The living area is giant (with a nice balcony overlooking the pool), the kitchen is amazing, we’ve got a bunch of nice furniture but it’s rather minimalist at the moment, so there’s room for more if you have some. The complex has a huge pool, sauna, gym and a carpark with a dedicated car space that we can arrange alternation on. The Dakota woolstore apartments have a long waiting list so this is a very sort after spot!

Nice and quiet neighbourhood, with different food shops. The apartment is on the 15th floor of the Haven Apartments in Newstead, which is only about 6 months old. It as great views out west and the city, as well as an amazing roof top with 360 degree views, pool and numerous BBQ/seating areas. There is also an office for use as well. your bathroom is the main bathroom with laundry in cupboard, however I use the my en-suite. Very close to public transport (Bus/Ferry) and everything else you could possibly need. Within walking distance to Teneriffe and James st etc. Happy for anyone to come up and say hello and check the place out. Move in date is flexible. I'll get some more photos up ASAP, however pretty standard apartment room with a good view.
