Teneriffe, Brisbane

Hello folks,

My home is located in the heart of Teneriffe!

Close to fantastic restaurants, gyms, the Riverwalk, supermarkets (Aldi, Coles. Woolworths and the Metro Woolworths is less then a five min walk), the 199 bus, the 60 Cityglider bus and the Teneriffe ferry.

This is a fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse.

As the building was built in 2004 the bedroom is larger then the newer buildings, and is large enough to bring extra furniture, eg. a previous flatmate set up their WFH office in the room.

The bedroom features a queen sized bed, bedside tables, floor to ceiling cupboard space along one wall with mirrors, carpeted floor, a remote control ceiling fan and an aircon system.

It's a perfect space for someone who may need a home away from home, if having to work in Brisbane and commuting from inter-state or the coast.

Electricity, gas and water are included with the rent.

I work full-time as an Executive Assistant, and occasionally I have to work from home.

I have been living in this complex for over 15 years and it is a great place to live. There is also a pool within the complex.

I am looking for a flatmate that is super clean, tidy and respectful of other people's property.

I am a social smoker, and only smoke outside on the patio after a few vinos :).

Please note: my current lease ends in mid-September so I am hoping to have a flatmate up until that date, if possible.
