We live in a two bed two bath apartment in Teneriffe, which is honestly one of the best, if not the best suburb in Brisbane. Our apartment has access to a swimming pool. It is air conditioned in the shared areas with fans in the rooms. We are pretty busy people but when at home we do like it quiet and peaceful. We would like a student or someone who is working full-time. Also, we are keen for a short-term lenght of stay - say about 2months if someone needs that. From 55m rooftop pool, to sauna, gym, golf simulator/outdoor cinema, bbq area, and the great location of Newstead, this building has it all! Room has it's own ensuite, walk through wardrobe & balcony access. Close to city, public transport, woolworths, bar's, gyms. As far as parking, off street can be tricky on Longland street as it's metered during the week, don't want to mislead anyone. Therefore if you require a carspace I'd recommend looking into renting a space.
