This is an amazing, brand new place that no one has ever lived in before. The balcony and bedrooms have unobstructed views overlook the Gasworks structure, it has a heated 25m infinity pool on the rooftop with 360-degree views of the entire city, along with a huge gym, yoga lawn and bbq area. The place has an awesome kitchen, a good size balcony with doors from both bedrooms and there is plenty of storage. It is walking distance to an abundance of nearly everything you could ever think of; including bars, restaurants, Woolies and the markets. The room does have a bed in it already but can get rid of it if you have your own.
