House is FULLY FURNISHED. Other rooms include Kitchen, Two Bathrooms, Large Lounge & Dining, Laundry and Rear Covered Veranda.

All 4 bedrooms are very large and have a queen bed, desk, wardrobe with plenty of space to spare. 2 new large bathrooms one with a double shower.

Rent includes all utilities (power, rates, water), internet, parking (up to 3 cars).

The property is on a large block for the CBD district and has a big backyard and deck to enjoy yourselves on.

So close to the city / QUT that you can easily walk to work / university. The free city loop bus also service the area so your transport costs will be next to nothing!

Couples are welcome to enquire for rooms. Extra $60 per week (i.e. $400 per week).

House is rented in a room by room basis; rent includes all utilities, parking and internet costs.
