Short-term room available early April to mid May (dates flexible within a few days).

The apartment is a spacious and fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in the iconic London Woolstore building in Teneriffe. It features a bright open-plan living area (TV has Netflix and Prime), stylish furnishings, ducted air-conditioning throughout, and a well-equipped kitchen (including an espresso coffee machine). The building has secure access, and residents can enjoy a lovely outdoor pool with sunloungers to relax.

Your room is the large main bedroom with a private ensuite, a double bed, plenty of storage, and a desk with a monitor and printer. There is one additional bathroom for the other housemate, plus a convenient downstairs toilet and a separate laundry room. Rent includes electricity, gas, and internet.

The apartment is in an unbeatable location — just a short walk to the river, cafés, restaurants, bars, the ferry terminal, and the 60 CityGlider bus.

Car space:
A secure, dedicated car space is included Monday to Thursday (all day and night) and available on Fridays until 2pm. It is not available on weekends, but visitor parking is available when spaces are available, and there is also free street parking nearby.

Move in/out dates:
Dates are flexible within a few days, but not by a large amount, as I’ll be overseas.

Payment:
Because I’ll be overseas during this period and won’t be able to re-advertise the room at short notice, I ask for a short fixed-term agreement to be signed once we confirm the booking.

To secure the dates, two weeks’ rent is paid upfront at signing. This is applied to your rent once you move in, but is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 45 days of the start date.

A standard refundable bond (1 week’s rent) is paid on arrival.

For couples, the rent is $650 per week to help cover the additional bills incurred.
