Most rooms also have Foxtel cables if you’d like to get that installed. Large house in a quiet cul de sac with a big lounge, kitchen and dining area with a huge outdoor pool and backyard. Directly in front of bus stop with busses straight to the city and 5 minute drive from glenrose shopping centre. Sharing house with 2 x 26 yr olds and 1 x 21 yr old girl all working full time and a 4 year old Jack Russell. With all rooms full there will be 6 people living here but as the house is so big it never feels crowded and everyone enjoys their quiet time. We have an alright deck and front patio for entertaining friends and family or coffee and wine. Kitchen big enough to cook for an army. We have heaters for outside and inside as well as air conditioning. We have an array of exotic pets such as the infamous carpet sharks x2 (ferrets), we have a danger noodle (Carpet python snake), and we have a tubby cat... ops i mean tabby cat. we are a 5 minute walk from the pub and bus stops with fresh food markets on Sundays great for getting your food needs and beer desires (because its at the pub). Buses to manly and city run regularly
