About the flatmates
Hello future flatmate!
We’re super excited to share that my partner Chris and I have just secured a beautiful new home in Wheeler Heights – and we’re looking for the right person to join us in this lovely space.
The house is big, bright, and full of charm – with plenty of room to spread out, a lush garden, a spacious verandah (perfect for sunsets), undercover parking, and even a solar-heated pool to enjoy all year round!
Your new space:
You’ll have a private downstairs area all to yourself, which includes:
• A large master bedroom with a built-in wardrobe
• Your own ensuite bathroom
• An extra room that can be a home office, chill-out lounge, or creative space
• Your own private entrance and outdoor area
We’re looking for someone who has their own furniture for the downstairs area, as it’s unfurnished.
The layout of the house gives everyone plenty of privacy, but we also love the idea of shared moments – whether that’s a BBQ by the pool, a spontaneous movie night, or just catching up over a drink on the verandah after work.
A bit about us:
I’m originally from the Czech Republic, and Chris is from South Africa. We’re in our 30s/40s, both relaxed, tidy, and respectful. Chris works in IT (from home most days), and I’m a bartender transitioning into a career as an EFT therapist. We’re homebodies who also love a good chat, a laugh, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe.
We’re hoping to find someone who’s easygoing, respectful, and values open communication – someone who enjoys shared living but also appreciates their own space. We’re all about making this a comfortable, peaceful, and friendly home where everyone feels good.
The lease is for 6 months to start, with the possibility to extend after that.
