Our house is big and very friendly and we are easy going. All the rooms are large and clean with built in wardrobes, have lots of natural light & are fully furnished and there is reverse cycle air conditioning. The bed linen and towels are new. There are 2 separate lounge rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, also bills and wifi are all included. There is a large deck and barbecue area and the garden backs onto bush. We are 5 mins in the car to both Collaroy and Dee Why beaches and there is a bus stop across the road from where we live.

The main bathroom will be shared by the two occupants of these rooms. The townhouse is two stories, upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, downstairs has a good sized living room, kitchen with gas cooking and a dishwasher, internal laundry and toilet. There is a small courtyard out the back and a carport out the front which would be free to be used as I drive a van that won't fit. The property is about a 20 minute walk from Dee Why beach and even less to the shops nearby. The common areas will be fully furnished and high speed cable internet will be available. We respect each other’s privacy but always down for a chat, meal or drink at the end of the day if we are home. We are clean and healthy, with a little herb/ veggie garden, a compost bin and we really don’t watch a lot of TV in the lounge room so it’s a nice place to chill. It’s definitely not a party pad either but of course you’re welcome to bring people round. Unlimited WIFI included. Internal laundry with front load washer and dryer. Has a cool little courtyard garden with a weber barbecue. Main bus stop to city, Shops, restaurants and puns including The Collaroy on Pittwater RD are only a 3-4 minute walk. Bills (gas and elec) split 3 ways every 3 months (Usually averages to about $10 per week). We also take turns in cleaning every third week so the home is always pretty clean and easy to clean when it’s your turn. No smokers, sorry.
