Hi there!
We are group of 4 looking for new roomies. We currently have one bedroom available immediately and a second bedroom available after the 8th of February.
Currently there is Max (M), Josh (M), Samuel (M), Theo (cat) and myself (F), Lohgunn - Josh is looking to leave for Newcastle approx. the week of the 8th of February.
We are all in our early to late 30's, 3 of us work office jobs (Samuel works from home) while Josh is a gardener, so we are all relatively on the same schedule of the dreaded 9-5.
We aren't a party house, but we do enjoy a good party once and awhile and an occasional board game, DnD and Warhammer night. While space and quiet time is greatly respected, breakfast or dinner together is something we enjoy doing from time to time too.
We try to keep a tidy home and share responsibilities equally; but Josh currently does our lawn maintenance.
Rent is $284 per week with a weekly contribution of $25 for utilities and other household stuff.
