My name is Matt and I have a furnished room available in Birkdale for $160/week incl internet & electricity. This comes with a lease agreement (happy to negotiate term) and requires a bond of $320 which will be lodged with the RTA. Attached are pics of the home. A space is also available in the lockup garage. As I use the ensuite attached to my room, the room I have available comes with exclusive use of the main bathroom and toilet.
I live here with my young children so you must behave appropriately and be respectful of this. Female visitors are ok but no parties/boyfriends etc. The area is downstairs with a large tiled living area and lounge (we generally live upstairs). There is a bar fridge nd space for for tea, coffee, toast etc. You will have your own small bathroom and entrance. I am looking for someone to stay a few weeks to a few months. Longer if things work out. Would suit short term for the moment. The bedroom is small. Another small room is a shared office. It is an older property.

Clean, fresh and modern apartment. 10-15 min from Westfield Carindale & 50 min from the Gold Coast!
My house is very comfortable and homely. Its 15mins walking distance to the bay, train and bus are very close. There and coffee shops restaurants, yacht clubs, sailing, walking along the water front. Swimming pools, beach and parks and picnic areas. Bike tracks all the way to Cleveland. Gym is in walking distance. I do have rules. I don't like people wasting water, electricity or gas. They must be tidy and clean up after themselves. I have a pergola and BBQ. I also have 2 push bikes for people to us. Lovely bay breezes. My house is very cool. I don't have Foxtel. I expect people to be tidy and clean.
We have a Men's Boarding Lodge available close to the train station. Each room has a Bed, Wardrobe, Set of Drawers and a Fridge. There is a large lounge room with TV provided to the residents. Good size Kitchen, Foxtel, Clean and well maintained.
