Small apartment and in a great location near to Coles and Toowong train station (Toowong Village). Secure off street parking and also the complex has a swimming pool. Footy fields and Fitness First are nearby as well if you are into sports etc. I also own a BBQ. Pet birds are accepted sorry no dogs or cats are allowed due to body corporate. Only have a mobile internet as the property doesn't accept a port for WiFi. When I am home I use my phone as a modem which Is capable for Netflix. I hope this doesn't deter from this amazing place. I am looking for someone to take over my lease, as I want to leave sooner than I planned. The lease goes until 10th of July and I want to leave on the 10th of June. It’s a big share house with two floors. Downstairs is a kitchen and upstairs, too. So there is a lot of space for someone who likes to cook :) and we just got a complete new kitchen built in downstairs. Upstairs is a nice big terrace to hang out with friends :) I am working in Toowong so it was really handy for me to live here, as it is just a five minute walk for me to work and to the Toowong Village shopping Centre too. There you have Coles and K-Mart and a lot of different places where you can get nice food. The bus stop is just a really short walk around the corner and brings you in max. 20 minutes into the city centre.
