This property is a modern 3 bedroom townhouse, tucked into the trees and backing onto Mt Coot-tha Bush Reserve.
It's a lovely property with heaps of natural light and a spacious living/dining area.
It's got a small balcony area out the back which is great for barbecues.
There is also a communal barbeque area located inside the complex and direct links to the walking tracks heading up the mountain.
You'll be sharing the bathroom with one other person although there is also a second bathroom without a shower downstairs.
The furniture is different to what is featured in the photo's, however it is furnished nicely and we always welcome the creative input of new housemates.

Your two future house homies are Ziggy (M32) and Sam (M28).
We are both pretty laidback easy going guys who've been mates for awhile.
Ziggy works a full time job in corporate sales.
Sam is a full time student and runs a small business on the side.
We definitely love to socialize as house mates, this often includes things like trips to the beach, surfing, camping, boardgames, gym sessions.
We're definitely not a party house but we do enjoy a social drink together.
