It’s a 2 bedroom spacious apartment in Toowong close to Auchenflower station with plenty of on street parking. You’ll be in my bedroom which will come fully furnished with queen bed and mattress, bedside table and chest of drawers, and has an ensuite with a decent shower. It’s a large room with 2 built in wardrobes, aircon and ceiling fan. The lounge room has a tv connected to nearly all the streaming services! I have a large desk in the living room which you are welcome to use anytime. The kitchen and bathrooms are slightly old but everything still works perfectly fine. There’s a balcony with plenty of plants, so will be a bonus if you don’t mind watering duties! Water+Electricity about $120/month each.
