Toowong, Brisbane

The house is a Queenslander with lots of charm and a homely character in the heart of Toowong. We are a 5 minute walk from Toowong Village and in a super convenient location to utilise public transport with Toowong Station, Bus Stops and Ferry Terminal all within walking distance. We have two dedicated carport spaces and street parking available for vehicles.

Kitchen and living areas are located upstairs and are beautifully furnished and decorated. There would still be some space for communal furniture if needed. The house has a large backyard, and there is a large area beneath the house which can be used for storage. The shared lounge and living rooms are airconditioned.

We have two rooms available to rent, both located upstairs. Both are large with enough room to easily fit a queen bed, a desk and other furniture. The rooms will be unfurnished and have no built-in storage (but there are cupboards and spaces upstairs for anything that needs to be stowed but remain easily accessible!).

Bills aren't included in rent. We use Beem to split all bills including internet, gas and electricity. Rent is paid fortnightly.
