There's a small balcony facing onto Northbourne Ave and overall we get lots of natural light,. Location is awesome, you'll be just a short walk from the O'Connor shops or Lonsdale st/Braddon. There's even a light rail stop just down from our building. My two housemates bedrooms are on the second floor and I have the downstairs master bedroom with ensuite. The complex has plenty of outdoor parking within the complex + one allocated garage space. Rent is $977.70/month, internet is $20/month and electricity quarterly (varies in price, obviously a bit more in winter). We are currently on a periodic lease.
